- Silent Auction Fundraiser: Bid on unique items and experiences while supporting an important cause.

- Set-up & Float decoration
- We will set up the picnic shelter area for the meal and decorate the float
- 5:00 PM
- Event Registration Begins
- We will begin registering guests and ensure that parade waivers are completed
- 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
- Dinner
- 5:30 PM
- Cornhole qualifying round for tournament
- Anyone wishing to participate in the cornhole tournament will participate in the qualifier.
- 6:30 PM
- Parade meeting
- We will give out crucial information on staging and logistics for the 4th of July parade. Anyone who wishes to walk in the parade or ride on the float must be present for this meeting.
