The Bismarck-Mandan Dem-NPL Leadership Council is committed to encouraging citizens to engage with their communities by providing them with the tools and resources they need to elect the best-qualified public officials to deliver public policy that meets the needs of the community. We believe that by working together, we can create a more just and equitable society for all.
